So viel Kaputt und schmutzig

Miro ist ein absolut netter Gastgeber, der bemüht ist sich um die Anliegen zu kümmern. Dieses Objekt war schmutzig und kaputt.

Ganz schön, aber …

Wir hatten insgesamt einen schönen Familienurlaub in diesem zentral gelegenen Haus mit Pool. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Pool, mit der Sauberkeit des Objekts und mit der Lage nahe aller wichtiger Lokale im Ort. Dies wurde jedoch getrübt durch den schlechten Erhaltungszustand der Ferienwohnung: Lampen funktionieren nicht, Bodenfliesen locker, der Herd ist schwer zu bedienen und der Backofen immer viel zu heiß, so dass alles verbrennt. Die Küchenausstattung ist bunt zusammengewürfelt und stark unvollständig. Von vier Liegestühlen (für 8 Personen) waren nur zwei verwendbar. Vorhänge zum Beschatten fehlten teilweise, andere passen nicht zusammen. Die Einrichtung wirkt an allen Stellen vernachlässigt und abgewohnt. Während der Zeit zwischen unserer Buchung und Ankunft wurde eine bauliche Veränderung vorgenommen (neue Innentreppe zwischen Schlafzimmer im OG und im Wohnzimmer im UG), wodurch das Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten zum Treppenhaus wurde. Böse Überraschung: Da wollte niemand schlafen! Das WLAN hatte konstant Aussetzer im Sekunden Rhythmus und war zum Streamen nicht geeignet.

Großes Haus, großartiger Pool, tolle Lage

Das Haus war genau das richtige für uns. Groß genug für alle, auch ausreichend Bäder, und mit dem herrlichen Pool. Dank der Klimaanlagen konnte man gut schlafen. Und direkt im Ort Essen gehen, Einkaufen und Abends eine schöne Zeit haben.

Ideale Lage, wenn man Kap Kamenjak und Umgebung genießen möchte

Das Haus liegt zentral im Ort. Man kann den Abend am Hauptplatz in Premantura bei einem kleinen abendlichen Markt oder bei Musikveranstaltungen genießen oder man bleibt einfach am Haus. Am Haus müssten ein paar Reparaturen durchgeführt werden. In der oberen Wohnung liegt die Duschwand unter dem Bett. Deshalb ist beim Duschen dann der ganze Boden im Bad nass. Die Steckdose in dieser Wohnung ist aus der Wand gerissen. An der seperaten Wohnung im Garten ist der PU-Schaum um die Eingangstür deutlich sichtbar. Das Regenwasser sammelt sich auf dem Dach der Gartenterasse und kann nicht richtig ablaufen. Die Fenster sind zum Teil nicht richtig abgedichtet. Unser Hund fühlte sich sehr wohl in und an dem Ferienhaus. Wir übrigens trotz dieser Mängel auch. Das Haus und der Pool waren sauber. Wir können das Haus gerne weiterempfehlen.

Schönes Haus mit tollem Pool. Waren 9 Personen und 2 Hunde.

Ideal für Hundebesitzer da dasGelände eingezäuntist. 10 minuten laufen zum Strand im Naturschutzgebiet waren ideal. Kleinere Mängel wurden Tags darauf abgestellt. Daher sehr zu empfehlen.

Schönes Haus, viel Platz und toller Pool

Der Vermieter war sehr nett und entgegenkommend, jederzeit für uns erreichbar. Es gibt in der Stadt nette kleine Restaurants, Partylocations sind mit dem Taxi erreichbar (Pula, Medulin).

Entspannung für die ganze Großfamilie

In diesem Haus bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Hier haben 2-3 Familien gut Platz (6 erwachsene Personen im Haupthaus oben, 2 im Aufenthaltsraum des Haupthauses unten und 2-3 im Nebengebäude), es gibt jede Menge Kühlschränke, Kaffeemaschinen und Geschirr auf zwei Küchen in den Gebäuden und die Außenküche verteilt (praktisch, wenn die einen gern ausschlafen und die anderen schon um 6 Kaffee brauchen). Der Pool garantiert entspannte Nachmittage, weil die Kinder sicher nicht über Langeweile jammern, die überdachte Terrasse mit dem gemütlichen Tisch und Grill ist toll für alle Mahlzeiten. In der Lounge weht ein angenehmes Lüftchen, dort kann man auf der Outdoor-Couch chillen und Billard spielen (der Tisch ist brauchbar, wenn auch nicht 100% eben). Der Garten ist komplett abgeschlossen, so dass man auch mit Kleinkindern oder Hunden entspannen kann. Auch die Umgebung ist toll, nebenan eine Surf-Bar, bei der es Eis und kalte Getränke gibt (nur an einem Tag war die Musik sehr lange laut hörbar, sonst gab es keine Störungen). Viele Restaurants, mehrere Eisdielen, zwei kleine Supermärkte in Laufweite. Ins Naturschutzgebiet mit den tollen, sauberen Stränden gelangt man auch zu Fuß (mind. 25 Minuten) oder eben mit dem Auto. Der Vermieter war zuverlässig erreichbar, sehr freundlich und hat auf alle Anregungen und Fragen sofort reagiert. Eine rundum gelungene Urlaubswoche!

Prinzipiell gut aber....

Eigentlich ein schönes Haus mit Pool in dem alles Wichtige vorhanden ist. Im Einzelnen: Negativ: Bei Ankunft war das Haus nicht sauber. Tisch und Stühle teilweise alt oder wackelig. Für 12+ Personen zu wenig Geschirr. Zuwenig Wäscheständer. Kein Wäschewechsel nach einer Woche. Der gemauerte Aussengrill ist nicht benutzbar, da der Abzug direkt unter die Terassenbedachung führt. Kein Essplatz für 10 Personen im Innenbereich. Es muss grundsätzlich aussen gegessen werden. Positv: Schöner Pool, regelmäßig gepflegt. Toller Billardtisch, gute Betten, reichlich Platz, genügend Stauraum, zentrale Lage, Aussendusche, Sauna, schattige Plätze am Pool, bequeme Liegen, Fazit: Preis im europäischen Vergleich etwas zu hoch.
