"For starters, the pictures do not do this hotel justice - it is stunning! It is in a beautiful location surrounded by quaint walkways just beyond the square which has an array of designer shops, restaurants, etc, so everything you need is close by. As for the property, the staff was so so amazing!! Everyone was very kind and extremely accommodating. I felt very welcomed at all times. In fact, I was on vacation for my birthday and the staff went absolutely above and beyond to make it a special night for me and I am sincerely appreciative! The only thing that was a slight bummer, was not getting to utilize the transportation service, but I guess there must have been a miscommunication, but definitely not enough of an issue to bother me. Truthfully, as an avid traveler who consistently deals with discovering new hotels and enjoys doing so, I don't think I would ever try to find a different hotel to stay at while in Capri. Highly highly recommend!!! "
