Lovely building, very clean, helpful staff, good for dogs as river opposite for walking. Easy to walk into centre, good pizza place nearby. Easier underground parking but still a bit tight.
Couldn’t have breakfast with dog downstairs but they where very helpful and offered us room service which was great.

Phoned 1hr before arrival and told all bookings today are complete. After 10 mins trying to explain in my broken Spanish and their broken English managed to resolve. Arrived reception on 5floor took another 15mins to sort passport details. Room clean beds clean .
