"Dirty room all around.Bed sheets were never replaced.You have to beg to get towels & toilet tissue replenished! Huge potential for the beach & it’s decent atm. Food served at the restaurant are always from previous meal & recycled. The worst is cleanliness & hygiene .Cockroach & flies are everywhere. No one is prepared to help or do their job as per description!"

"We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Everything was extremely clean, and the overall stay was excellent. ​A special thanks to the team for their exceptional hospitality, particularly the housekeeping supervisor and Hadeel at the reception—both were amazingly helpful and friendly! ​The beach is fantastic, and the hotel offers a great variety of water sports and activities at very reasonable prices. Highly recommended!"
