About this property

Modern House, Walk To Historic Downtown!

  • Newly remodeled 1940 house a few blocks away from historic downtown! 2 bedroom that all feature new queen beds. The house is only two miles off of I-5 and within walking distance to some of the best restaurants, bars, and shops downtown has to offer. The living room features a 60 in HDTV. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, glassware, pots and pans, a keurig and many other commodities . The Outdoor area has a table, lots of seating, and a Barbecue. Guest loves this safe cute part of town.

    The space
    This is an excellent spot to enjoy all the greatness that Grants Pass has to offer. There is plenty of on street parking, along with two off-street parking spots off the alley way in the back of the lot. You can walk to downtown Grants Pass in just a few minutes, making for fun nights out on the town.
