Len provided me with an outdoor table and extra chairs so I could have dinner outside with my family because one had the flu. So wonderful to be able to socialize with everyone without risking getting the flu! House was very comfortable and well supplied. Close to downtown and hiking. Off street parking for one car. Thank you so much!!!

Ashland Visit

We really enjoyed our short stay here! The cottage is clean, in a great location for walking to OSF and great food, and in a good neighborhood. Communication with the owner/manager was very easy and they were responsive to our few questions. We hope to return in 2025 for a longer visit!

lock etc

clean and comfy bed. Overall, nice. BUT front door lock and instructions not good. The numbers on the lock are invisible. there is no obvious "home" button to push. None of which is mentioned in the instructions. Also, the sign on the top of the fridge needs attention. The headline is "Before you leave" with no hint that tenants should read it upon arrival to see the internet instructions. There is no book of further information as claimed.

Len and Amber were wonderful hosts!They were very responsive to my inquiries and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They were open to my suggestion to add night lights and genuinely showed how making their guests feel welcome and comfortable a top priority.
