Aptly named - comfy and cozy. Really enjoyed the backyard, eating takeout on a warm summer evening with a light breeze (and surprisingly no bugs!). Less than 5 minutes drive to a main business complex with Walmart, Safeway, and several fast food, take out, and regular restaurants. Costco is only 10 minutes away. The only slight downside was that I had to unload the dishes/silverware/cups from the dishwasher (from previous tenant?). I would rent again if coming to Medford again.

Clean and well appointed

Just need a place to lay our heads for flight out next day and this hit the mark. Beds comfortable, well furnished and big ass TV. Only slept but kitchen seemed well stocked.

We all had a wonderful time and the living room and back yard of the house made it easy for us to visit with family! We played games at the dining table and made use out of the kitchen as well. Another convenance was having the laundry!

Comfortable for all and conveniently located a few minutes to freeway and less than 20 minutes to Ashland. Fire pit outdoors really pleasant.

Perfect for our needs

We stayed two days. The house was spotless and very comfortable. My one daughter used the box fan to use as white noise for light traffic noise. Great location.

Cozy Cottage

We loved staying here! Our daughter and her family live here, but when we stay with them, one of our grandchildren have to give up their bed. This place was close to them and everything we needed, so it was perfect. The only downside was it snowed for a couple of days, but we stayed nice and cozy here. Will definitely come back! Thank you!

The house is nice. All of the beds are comfortable. Living and dining area has plenary of seating. I would add some additional wine glasses. But that’s just saying that we like good wine. Be careful backing out of the driveway. Nick was easy to communicate with. Enjoy
