Great hotel, friendly and helpful staff

Fairfield by Marriott Sabaneta is an amazing hotel, with friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are nice, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing, with lots of Colombian touches. The hotel is conveniently located next to the Mayorca shopping mall, and is also really close to a metro station. We really enjoyed our stay.

The best part about this hotel is the great restaurant they have on the 6th floor. Obviously more expensive but tasty and the view was nice. There's also a big mall just a block away.

The place is in excellent condition. Breakfast, which was included, was great. That included local foods that I had never tried. All staff members were very professional. The area is quite safe to walk too.

The reception was amazing. Just like the First time i arrived. Unfortunately in comparison to my first visit about 6 months ago. Security guards are not consistent. Restaurant staff need some work. But the front desk and cleaning have continued to be great quality towards guests.

I’ve had the pleasure of staying with you several times, and one of the highlights for me has always been your breakfast buffet — truly a five-star experience. Unfortunately, during my most recent visit, I was quite disappointed. In my opinion, the breakfast this time was poor compared to previous stays. The variety, freshness, and overall quality just didn’t meet the standard I had come to expect. It’s a shame, as your breakfast buffet has always been one of the reasons I chose your hotel.
