The house is ideal for a larger group (up to 10 people) or 2 families. The house is completely renovated and rebuilt. In the garden there is a grill pavilion with a sun terrace. The course of the 'Wilden Aar' borders directly on the garden. It is an ideal starting point for many excursions in the Sauerland or neighboring Waldecker Land. Winterberg and Willigen are a 15-minute drive away. The Diemelsee is 25 minutes to the Edersee about 40 minutes. The house is ideal for hikers. This is how the Rothaarsteig, the Uplandsteig, the 'Höhenflug' run in the immediate vicinity.
