Het hotel heeft helaas te maken met achterstallig onderhoud. Het personeel is daarentegen vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Helaas ontdekten wij na een avond uit dat er bedwantsen op onze kamer zaten. We hebben dit direct gemeld bij de receptie, waarna het personeel snel reageerde en ons een andere kamer gaf. Toch voelden we ons daarna niet meer op ons gemak en durfden we eigenlijk niet meer goed te slapen. We bleven de kamer controleren uit angst opnieuw bedwantsen aan te treffen. Na een gebroken nacht kregen we de volgende ochtend een behoorlijk karig ontbijt. We hadden gezien de situatie eigenlijk verwacht dat ons verblijf volledig zou worden vergoed. In plaats daarvan werd ons alleen een voucher aangeboden. Ook werd er niet aangeboden om onze kleding te wassen, terwijl dit na een verblijf in een kamer met bedwantsen toch wel op zijn plaats zou zijn geweest. Al met al was dit een erg teleurstellende ervaring, vooral omdat de aanwezigheid van bedwantsen ons verblijf en nachtrust flink heeft verstoord.

Ik trof een ruime, 1 persoonskamer aan. (had ik ook gereserveerd). grote badkamer met douchebak en toilet. Koffiefaciliteiten, fles water. Klein tV scherm. Zowel bij wasbak alsook bij de douche handzeep en shampoo/bodyzeep. Zeer vriendelijke uitbater. Idyllisch plekje met mooi uitzicht over de heuvels van Zuid-Oost Limburg. 1e en 2e verdieping per lift te bereiken. Parkeergelegenheid achter hotel gratis.

We hebben echt genoten van ons verblijf in hotel Brull. Wij waren er voor de 2de keer en het blijft een heerlijk authentiek hotel. Mooie ruime schone kamer met balkon en een mooi uitzicht en een heerlijk ontbijt!! Succes in de toekomst voor de nieuwe eigenaars...jullie hebben hart voor de zaak, dus dat gaat zeker goedkomen. Wij komen graag nog eens langs om te genieten van jullie hotel!!

Die Fenster gingen nicht auf und es waren Spinnennetze am Fenster und im Zimmer, zudem war es laut von der Straße und das Zimmer war sehr warm, da keine Fenster geöffnet werden konnten und es keine Klimaanlage gab.

We wilden nog wat drinken op het binnenterras, er was aangegeven dat we wat konden drinken. Dat stond op een bord buiten. Helaas was er niemand aanwezig. De kamer was schoon. We wilden smorgens om 7.00 uur weg i.v.m een georganiseerde wandeling. Ontbijt was pas om 8.00 uur, maar ze ( eigenaars) zouden voor ons een ontbijtpakket klaar maken die we om 7.00 uur konden ophalen. De volgende morgen was er helemaal niets geregeld het enigste wat je te horen is sorry we zijn het vergeten. Dit was 1 x en nooit weer, en achteraf krijg je te horen had je van te voren maar moeten overleggen 👎

Het hotel heeft sinds 3 weken nieuwe uitbaters. Zij hebben al veel verandert en zijn volop aan het verbeteren. Ze zitten vol passie en mooie ideeën. Super behulpzaam en gastvrij. Fijne kamer en goed ontbijt. Het hotel ligt mooi midden in het gezellige Mechelen. Wij komen zeker terug en ik kan het hotel ook alleen maar aanbevelen.

Dit hotel is begin mei 2026 door nieuwe uitbaters overgenomen. Het personeel is super aardig en behulpzaam. Het hele hotel wordt onder handen genomen. Zo waren ze bezig met het restaurant en de toiletten. De ontbijtzaal was al zover klaar. Hierna komen de badkamers nog aan de beurt vertelden ze. Ondanks dat nog niet alles perfect is gun ik ze de klandizie om er zo voor te zorgen dat ze er iets heel moois van kunnen maken. Onze hond was ook zeer welkom.

De kamer was schoon, maar het was er heel at (geen airco). Het trappenhuis had veel kapotte vloerbedekking. In de douche ruimte waren geen kledinghaakjes. Het ontbijt was goed en de man van receptie/bediening was vriendelijk en behulpzaam
