Some staff were really rude (not the dining ladies. So helpful and kind) We witnessed a staff verbally accusing a father,in front of his entire family and all the families trying to eat, of taking water the night before. It was handled so unprofessionally. Blame, camera video, broadcasting in the entire lobby. They also announced our room number, loudly. If it wasnt my family behind me, I would have made them switch us. Not a safe thing to do when you're a female, alone. Water didn't run properly so couldnt bath my kids after the pool easily. We didnt realize there was no juice after 10am but the machine was still working. The manager, verbally degraded the worker and made us feel terrible, like we were stealing. Then proceeded to walk around on her phone saying "They didnt shut off the machine, stock the coffee, refill this and that..." Get a new front end manager. She was rude (April 27th morning) demeaning to the rest of the staff and lazy herself. We wont be back.

We are truly sorry for what happened with the gentleman and his family. Our staff member responsible for this has been reprimanded. This should never happen along with announcing any ones room number out loud. I am sorry also for the front end supervisor for handling the cituation with juice machine to. Our Breakfast is over at 930 and these machines are to be shut off at that time. She did allow you to use it she said . We did have a discussion. Thank you for staying and allowing me to be aware of these issues

The hotel and my room were in good condition. My room was clean as a whistle, fresh linens and towels, no odors, very comfortable bed and pillows. This exceeded my expectations because there were some bad reviews. Breakfast was a little disappointing because there wasn't a lot of variety, but it was a weekday and not a lot of guests.

We stayed here for 7 nights week. At check in we were told there would be no daily housekeeping, but that we could request the room to be done at the front desk. When I asked after 4 days the message changed to there will be no housekeeping during your stay. To me this is weird.

I am not sure what you were told but we do offer housekeeping after 3 days if you are here more than 7. We may have not had the staff to clean your room that day but we definitely should have cleaned it. We do need a day in advance so that we have the staff to do it,

The night employee was super friendly and very helpful. The room was clean, comfortable bed, the pillows were a little weird (there were four couch pillows). PWhen we left the next morning it was an easy process. Overall it was a very plesant experience.

I am so happy that your had a nice stay at the WyndhamI am sorry about the pillows, They are actually a standard size pillow we just tuck them in the case like that but if you undo them you can see. But I am happy everything else was good

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and each time it is clean, comfortable, and affordable. I will be coming back to Mechanicsburg for more job training later this year and I will be choosing to stay here again.

I am so sorry about business center, normally its open all day but I did notice a couple was in there the whole weekend for hrs. I would hope that wouldn't stop you from coming back to visit

The location and grounds are very nice.The workmanship on the room makeover was not very professional and the overall appearance of the room was shabby.The walls are not soundproof and I could hear TV and conversation from nearby rooms leading to a bad night’s sleep

I am sorry that you di not like your stay but the hotel is well taken care of. We are going in our rooms and doing all that needs done but because we are so busy we do not always get to some of the rooms. Thank you tho I hope you will give us another try.

No hot water for two days regardless of what time or day it was. Front desk said it was because the hotel was full. At 2am there was still no hot water. 5am no hot water, 9pm, no hot water. We received 1 towel for the bathroom upon check in. I asked for a few more towels at the desk. I was handed 1 more towel. Towels and sheets smelled like Indian food and oil.

Our room has a horrible smell of spoiled food. Our family could see a stain on the carpet that seemed to indicate the origins of the smell. Also, getting to the property at night was rather treacherous as the entrance from the pipestem road had no streetlights. We almost inadvertently went off roading - not good. In the end, you get what you pay for. I probably won’t go back to this property.

Hot water wasn’t great. I had to run the water for several minutes to get warm water until about 7am. Then it seemed the hot water was working. The window shade handled were detached from the shades. There was a small trash can in the bathroom and that was the only trash can in a suite. There were two recycle bins in the room??? The gym has had broken equipment consistently for past few visits to the hotel. I only stay here for work. It would be great if the property used some of the green space around the property for a seating area.

We were traveling for a cheerleading competition and this was affordable with clean rooms and a Cracker Barrel within walking distance. Dinner was fantastic and we slept well

This was an overnight stay for my husband our dog and myself. This is a nice new hotel, we had a spacious room with a very comfortable bed. Saw a pool and gym. We would stay here again. My only criticism, as with many other hotels, is the unhealthy breakfast offered.

We also have wheat breads and few other options with our turkey meats and eggs. We would like your opinion on what you think would be a healthy meal since we actually have to follow our Brand standards, We would like to send this to Wyndham.

Nice stay overall. Got there around 10pm and pool was closed, despite hours listed saying open til 11. Didnt detract from our stay, and the breakfast was a lot better than most places. Would say here again

Upon our arrival, the gentleman was very nice and got us checked in quickly. We parked around the side to access the stairs and outdoors easily because we had our dogs. The first thing we noticed was that the side door was NOT locked. There was a key-card module, but it was inoperable and the door wasn't latched. When we got to our room, our second problem was that our bed had ZERO pillows. After being told that they didn't have any bed pillows (I think she just thought I wanted extra ones) and a 30-minute wait, she found me two brand-new ones to use. There was a large gap between the door and the floor so the light from the hallway shone and allowed more hall noise to enter our room. Lastly, our room handle was QUITE finicky. It took 4-5 times for the key card swipe to get it to unlock. Positives - there is a pool, hot tub, and workout room that we didn't utilize because we were only there for a night, but they looked good. The area around the building was quite sufficient for dog walks and bags were supplied to dispose of waste. The bed was comfortable.

The building and room were clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good, and the staff were pleasant. It was a little weird getting to it with the way our gps had us go. It took us near the addrress and stopped. So I'm glad it was light out when we arrived. But I think it was a very good value

The room had no hot water. The coffee maker in room was broken and the one in the lobby had lukewarm coffee. By 7:30 ok a Saturday, the entire breakfast was inedible (rotten bananas, stale bagels, rubbery eggs (far beyond normal for a hotel buffet). The staff was unresponsive to concerns.

The bathroom shower curtain had pink shower gel or shampoo clumps on it that I only saw after getting in the shower. There was also hair in the rings of the shower curtain that didn’t belong to me. The person next door was playing music on their cell phone and played back voice messages and I could hear it as loudly as if I were in the same room. This was at 11:30 at nigh5 and continued to wake me up.

Location was nice right off the PA turnpike. Place was clean. My only complaint was it took forever for someone to get us checked in and the staff all seemed to not like one another.

There was a fire in the laundry the morning that we checked in and the whole first floor smelled of electric fire. The second day they had the doors all open to try to air out the smell and it was very cold throughout the first floor and so we were in at the pool area and had brought in some snacks since we could not sit out in the lobby and the first desk person came in and was very rude.

I am so sorry for the front desk agent but we do not allow food and drinks in our pool area. There are signs all over, I do however understand the circumstances but these are the rules for safety. Snacks could have been eaten in the room.
