Friend of mine and I stayed 7 nights at le méridien towers Makkah . The check in was smooth they even upgraded our room to a one bedroom apartment . Most of the staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel is huge and very busy but still the lifts are always available. The hotel has 3 restaurants, mini supermarket and few perfume and clothing shops . They provide buses to take us to the Haram the journey only takes between 80 and 120 seconds

During our six nights stay, our room was cleaned ONLY once despite our repeated requests. No sense of customer services at all! It was extremely busy but there were only limited number of lifts which were in operation. Just to get something from the shops downstairs, one had to make a provision of at least 30 minutes. Picture of the buses/coaches are complete deception! Picture of a tripe room with three double beds is also a big LIE! The only good thing about this hotel is that it is in Makkah...

It was a fantastic escape to enjoy some time with my small family. Hotel was comfort and neat enough. It's location is great and within reach to/from all resources.

Very close to Haram, spacious room, neat and clean, good staff, excellent breakfast, very good house keeping staff.
I would like to stay again in this hotel, if God willing.
