"Communication with the host started out great and they were accommodating for early check in. Once I started reaching out about the pool being nasty is when communication slowed. They ended up sending someone out, unannounced, the day before we left. Turns out the pump for the pool hadn't run the entire time we were there, 5 nights. My kids were disappointed they didnt get to use the pool for 2.5 of those days. Im also glad I brought a few things to cook with because the kitchen was sparse.. no mixing bowls or larger spoons to cook with. Made cooking interesting. There were also things mentioned the property had, that wasnt available.. fireplace, hot tube kind of thing. Check out was simple, but I do wish some of the rules would have been mentioned on the listing.. when they were sent over the day before it mentioned no smoking indoors/ on property or their would be a fee. I do understand smoking inside, but we had friends visit who vape and smoke cigars. Would have been nice to know ahead of time. Over all the property was comfortable, just very basic and lacked a homey feeling."

"My family and I loved staying in this beautiful home. We were comfortable and all our needs were fully met. We were in the area for a senior graduation and this home provided us a comfortable and beautiful setting for some rest and quiet between programs. The hosts, Jodi and Richard, were quick to respond to questions and were most courteous even offering to supply us with any coffee brand that we might desire; however, we brought our own. The price was good and affordable. We believe we got our money's worth and emphatically recommend this home to anyone traveling to the Ft Worth/Burleson area."

"The property is very nice! Clearly, everything has been updated recently. The bedrooms and living area are comfortable. Having a full kitchen is a big plus. The provided coffee (Keurig cups) and snacks were a nice touch! There is a large, fenced back yard with grass for families with young children. Similarly, we enjoyed the activity room with the basketball hoop! Finally, the neighborhood is quiet and safe but near Walmart and restaurants. This was a great choice for our family!"
