"We are very satisfied with our stay at the Birdsong retreat and highly recommend. We needed a place to stay as our granddaughter was graduating from University of North Texas. The host is wonderful and very communicative. The property is located in old McKinney Texas walking distance to restaurants & shopping . The home is beautiful, cozy , clean, comfortable and pet friendly with a nice fenced in backyard. Highly recommend!"

"Was a great place. Only thing that could have made it better would have been extra blankets for the beds. And the remote for the fan and light in the master bedroom did not work properly for turning out the light. Over all was a great place!!! The tree in the middle of the driveway was concerning when trying to park! Washing machine did not spin out the water."

"This house is super close to the Farmers Market and cute downtown area. It is nicely decorated and very well stocked! The beds were comfortable and all linens were nice quality, as well as the bath towels. It was the perfect place for a girls trip but would be great for a couples trip or for a family. We would definitely stay again! "

Area is popular with visitors to downtown McKinney, and this is a perfect location to explore. Home was clean and well equipped, and we had a wonderful time. Kids loved the game room!
