"Cedric’s property was absolutely perfect for our family weekend getaway! Communication was great, they even went out and bought shampoo when we asked if there was any on property. It was perfectly located, 10 minutes from where we were meeting with family. We loved that there were ceiling fans in every room for those hot Kentucky days and nights. The dining room table was spacious enough for 5 of us to eat at and play dominoes! 5 stars all around, we will definitely stay here again when we are next in town! Thank you for your hospitality!!"

"Seemed to be recently refurbished. Not in the middle of town but easy driving distance. Excellent for my budget. That said there are no extras. Ie, pool, breakfast, etc. I would return happily. Excellent for retired on a budget "

"It was great. I was worried about the jetted tub being super clean but it didnt appear dirty but you always wonder. Everything else was very clean. Only issue when we were trying to check out no one was to be found and we had to wait a while, and if you're out late, good luck getting parking on a busy night. But otherwise it was great. The bed was very comfortable. For the price can't beat it. Looks rough outside but in the rooms very nice. 3 food places just across the road, too. "
