Really nice staff! Only thing I found disappointing was for breakfast there was no eggs served. Had everything else, but would've been nice to have scrambled eggs with my sausage and toast.

The hot tub was the best experience!

The room was clean, but smaller than the pictures indicated. I really enjoyed the hot tub that was in my room. The staff was not very friendly. There was no greeting, and no details about breakfast times or anything else were provided at check-in. The breakfast set up was not appealing and my husband suspected that it was set up late night instead of fresh.

The shower in our room didn’t have cold water, but the jacuzzi tub did and so did the sink. Wish there were more options for complimentary breakfast as well. The bed was very comfortable and the stay was great!!

Very good for price

It was great. I was worried about the jetted tub being super clean but it didnt appear dirty but you always wonder. Everything else was very clean. Only issue when we were trying to check out no one was to be found and we had to wait a while, and if you're out late, good luck getting parking on a busy night. But otherwise it was great. The bed was very comfortable. For the price can't beat it. Looks rough outside but in the rooms very nice. 3 food places just across the road, too.

The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the staff was nice. My only complaint is there were not any outlets next to the bed to plug your cell phone into unless you unplugged the clock.

Quick stay

This was a quick stay for a long trip. Nothing fancy but clean. Conveniently located off the highway. Huddle House is 24 hours and the gas station across the street is too. That worked for our schedule.

Could of been better

Check in was good and fast. Room was clean but toilet ran every few minutes. Woke up to go to restroom in middle of night with water all over floor. Shut toilet off and wiped water up. Told hotel next day they fixed the toilet. Tub spout didn’t really work and dripped constantly. Plenty of hot water! Sink faucet sprayed ten different ways. Fun brushing your teeth. Bed was good and room was good. Little inspection on the plumbing before staying would have gave a better review. Left a night early.

Clean room, very warm in room a/c didn’t work. Didn’t replace towels second night. Told clerk about both didn’t seem concerned. Toilet seat broke, they did replace.

They are doing better. The AC worked well and the bed was comfortable. Still didn't have a working blow dryer in the bathroom but at least the TV worked and the windows were not broken and locked. This hotel still needs a lot of maintenance items seen too. The pool was closed again. They need a proactive maintenance manager. I expect more from a franchised property like this at this price point.

The pop machine was broken, and the pool/ hot tub was out of service. We checked in and our room had dirty towels and unmade beds. The front desk apologized and gave us another room that had been cleaned. The carpet on the stairs was filthy but the staff was very friendly and it worked for a short, one night stay especially since Best Western has a sink hole now!

Not great

Marisa checked us in and was friendly and efficient. The room was as clean as he could be. Everything was old, the chair was all scratched up, tiles were broken and the jet tub was disappointing. I put water and bleach in it before we left for our concert s d was looking forward to having a relaxing bath when I got back, but it wouldn’t drain. I gave up and went to bed. It drained overnight. Also, the faucet leaked and dripped all night.

Harrased by house keeping!

We were harrased by house keeping. House keeping started knocking on our door at 7:20 a.m. when I was in the shower and my wife was still in bed. House keeping was wanting to clean the room. We told house keeping we were leaving that day and would be out before 11:00 a.m. House keeping returned two more times wanting us out so the room could be cleaned. The third time they knocked on the door and kept walking down the hall. My wife and I are older. We are very quiet people and Christians. We were polite each time house keeping knocked and as always, we do most of the cleaning before we leave the room. To include emptying trash cans, cleaning the refrigerator, and cleaning the microwave. We have never been harrased by house keeping at any other hotel.

I have stayed here quite a bit the past 3 months and the staff are excellent. Always friendly, professional and accommodating. That said there are multiple rooms that need maintenance. A/C units not working or cooling properly, TV's not working and it is disturbing to me as a single woman staying by herself the number of rooms where the windows have broken and torn screens and do not lock. I have asked many times staying there for a brace to block a window shut. I expect more for a room running me almost $100 a stay. The last stay I had there they were experiencing a problem with the fire alarm system and it kept going off periodically all through out the night.

I stay here a couple times a month normally. The staff are nice and always do their best to accommodate me. With that said this place needs maintenance on their rooms!! It is always something every time I check in. Windows that will not lock, especially on the ground floor are a regular problem. Rooms missing lamps, lightbulbs burned out and no hairdryers are other regular problems. Many of the rooms the carpet is extremely worn there are nails sticking up! You can pay a $100 a night to stay here on certain nights. It is ridiculous that a franchise hotel like this has this many things wrong with it. The employees are always nice but they do complain a lot within earshot. The owner of this hotel needs to hire a maintenance person asap!
