"Staff was friendly and helpful with any and all questions. Going above and beyond! So many fun activities for kids of all ages and for families. I would highly recommend staying here. The waterpark kept the family busy for hours. The only issue we had was the remotes in the room were not sinked to the tv and it took awhile for us to figure out how to do it ourselves. All in all it was a blast and would stay here again in a heart beat."

"The tub in room 207 was filthy. I had to call the front desk and ask them to clean it. They front desk lady came with a sponge. The refrigerator wasn’t getting cold. The curtains did not close. This is the worst hotel ever. "

"Rooms are very well thought out lots of storage, but uncluttered and ultra clean. I loved that there were no cleaning product or other fumes in the room. The place had no artificial odors whatsoever. No glade plug-ins or other obnoxious air freshener smells, I really appreciate that!!! The check-in staff wasn't very welcoming or friendly. The check-out staff was just the opposite...super nice and friendly. We will be back!"
