"Overall, I wasn’t really satisfied with my stay. The hotel is quite old, and it just doesn’t feel convenient. When you compare it to other places, the value for the price really drops. It’s old, not particularly clean, and the amenities aren’t easily accessible. The staff is limited, so service is lacking. I wouldn’t recommend it."

"Really nice room, great decor and comfortable beds. The room was spacious, with a big bathroom. The area is stunning with snowy mountains and forest areas. Breakfast selection was ok. Was hoping to see bears, which staff says can sometimes be around, but none with our stay. Would definitely come back and stay here again"

"Staff was polite, however not available most of the time. And if you have any issues, like we did, only the manager (who was off for 2-3 days) could help. This did nothing for us. Just cross your fingers that your room functions properly. Our TV & coffee pot did not work."

"I booked a room for my girlfriend and I to stay here. We saw that there was a jacuzzi listed and there was breakfast. I wasn’t expecting a five star hotel but this place was dirty. The jacuzzi and pool were under construction and the breakfast was very limited. There were some sort of stains all over the floor in our room."
