"Very poor stay. Luke warm water at best in the shower, also very confusing to find where the hot water even was. Room had trash left in it. TV remote wouldn’t work, tried 5 different remotes through the front desk, none of them worked. The they moved us rooms. The new rooms had hot water but also, so hard to find where it gets hot. Next morning the breakfast was supposed to be at 6:30 but the woman didn’t show. They offered 20$ refund but I haven’t gotten it yet. Nobody was rude or anything but they just seemed to be low staffed (no maintenance man, no breakfast person) and things just weren’t working well. For 180$ for one night mid-week, this was a big disappointment."

"Front desk person never there. Nobody answers the phone or returns text messages. Stayed in room 16 and staff starts slamming doors and talking loud and stomping around at 6 am. Bathroom attached to laundry room and laundry starts at 6 am and runs all day. Breakfast is carbs. Potatoes and pancakes. No protein or bacon/sausage. Nobody wants to start a vacation day like that. I didn't even stay the 3rd night because I know I wouldn't be able to sleep. Worst place Ive ever stayed in mammoth and never will again."

Spa was decent. Was not able to use steam room or sauna, but the hot tub was decent. Some parts seem broken, but still works as expected, just a little loud.
Place is not too far from the mountain, but also directly across the street from the ice rink."
