Buses, campers, and RV’s may not be parked at houses or along neighborhood roads. Parking rules violators may be subject to having their vehicles towed. No open fires permitted in Massanutten. This is a high wildfire risk area! Fires are strictly prohibited at this property and in the community shared spaces. Grills may be restricted during local emergency conditions. No illegal substances are permitted at the home and open containers of alcohol are prohibited on any road or common area. No smoking inside the house. Smoking in the house will incur a $750 fine. Smoking is allowed outside of the house, but all butts are to be cleaned up and safely removed. \*\*Pets are NOT allowed at this property. All Trash must be taken to the dumpsters located at 4007 Peak Drive, Massanutten, at check out. A minimum fee of $75 will be assessed if trash is not removed. Trash may not be left outside the home as it will attract wildlife which could endanger you and damage the property. Trash should be removed regularly. \*This home is located in the woods. You will likely see insects (including some that fly) and arachnids. Please be aware they may come inside when doors are opened, especially when lights are on inside. \*Please note that package delivery is not available at Massanutten homes. \*Minimum age to book is 25. Plenty of space for everyone. Great entertainment space for the teens. Neat and clean house. Really appreciated how well stocked the house was with towels and kitchen supplies.
