"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the location was very convenient. We also enjoyed the breakfast and the overall atmosphere of the hotel. Everything was smooth and pleasant from check-in to check-out. We would definitely stay here again! One thing I didn’t particularly like was the feel of the bed topper/blanket. The material wasn’t very smooth or soft against the skin, so it wasn’t as comfortable as I would have preferred. Hopefully, this can be improved in the future."

"Arrival and check in went smooth with pre-check in texts. Room was clean, with hot tub area clean and enjoyable. Breakfast selection was average, with scrambled eggs and sausage. Adding a potato choice and hot sauce would add to this service. Overall, very happy with our stay and plan to stay next time in kelowna."
