"Too noisy - impossible to sleep with freeway noise even with earplugs. If your room faces the freeway you won't sleep at all. Wonderful rooms and staff but no soundproofing."

"The property is pet friendly and in an excellent location. The host is very welcoming and easy to work with. The downside of this house is that it is very old. The rooms are smaller than they appear in the pictures and the bathroom is very small and, although clean, it doesn’t feel that clean given the age and condition of the house. The amenities in the house are not great—the mattresses are not comfortable (one sags in the middle) and the kitchen supplies are very old and used. It did have great bathroom towels though."

"Music was blasting all evening and night, allowing for little sleep, and the front desk couldn't be reached. In addition, the bathroom ceiling had a gaping hole, and the vent was covered in a thick layer of dust. I was also disappointed to learn that breakfast was pushed to 7 a.m. "

"The staff was Great , I purchased breakfast and it was great as well . The bed was really comfortable. My husband loved the balcony out back and easy access to the pool. Parked was safe and locked location to family was a plus "

"I will not be staying at this location again: -poor lighting in rooms -older hotel so areas in bathroom e.g., corners, tiles, grout were dirty and discolored -sink was detached from counter -ants on bathroom counter -no microwave in room -location only offers valet parking. Parked one time and then leveraged street parking for the rest of our stay, but they still tried to overcharge us for valet parking for our entire stay, despite having evidence that we exited out the car the next day and never valeted it again -room felt constantly stuffy -housekeeping was rude. Check-out was 11am. They knocked on our door at 8am. We explained that we would absolutely leave at 11am. They told us no leave in an hour, We had to make a few errands before checking out. When we left to run errands, they still against our request accessed the room and started cleaning around our stuff."

"The propery was exactly as expected. We were in town for FSU graduation and this was for sure the best deal around. 10/10 recommend."
