I had the best experience i’ve ever had in any hotel and I’ve been to many to throughout my travels. The kindness and hospitality of the stall was consistent and genuine. In addition, the menu was amazing. The food was delicious and my family and I enjoyed it immensely. Given the opportunity to visit DarSalam again I will absolutely stay at the Hyatt Regency hotel. Thank you.

"Room was dirty with trash in the can upon arrival. There was no soaps in the soap bottle in the shower instead there was mold. The walls in the shower were horrible like have never been cleaned. Bed sheets horrible with stains. Everything gross. Will never go back or recommend."
