"What a terrible experience! We checked all reviews before checking in and everyone mentionned that it is a 4 stars hotel (still wondering how could that happen). Having a pub on the second floor of the hotel deprived us from sleeping during our stay. On the first night, my husband asked for some restaurants brochures and not only they did not have any but they also refused to help us, to force us eat at their restaurant which did not have any varieties, especially that my husband is vegan.
