With a cool kitchenette, one king or two queen/double beds, a living area, and a bathroom. Plus, you get your own private terrace with a spectacular ocean view. – perfect for chilling. Up to 4 people can stay!

~This is not a typical hotel-style booking and can only be booked as an Owner. The Resort is very popular among OWNERS worldwide and is highly sought after for its hospitality. This process is standard for an Owner checking for availability.

~We’ve put a lot of heart into making our listings as precise as possible. Between our clear descriptions and photos, we want you to feel completely comfortable and secure in your choice.

~All-inclusive is never mandatory with us! We will share our Owner discount of 40-60% off (the first benefit of being an Owner`s Guest) if you choose to purchase AI after completing the booking. Please reach out to us for details, and our personal concierge at the Resort will assist you.

~THIS BOOKING CAN ONLY BE MADE FOR THE CONFIRMED DATES LISTED IN THE DESCRIPTION (the guaranteed choice). Just enter those CONFIRMED DATES in the calendar and proceed. Any other dates desired, or any dates not listed as confirmed, are considered a `REQUEST DATE.` The site may allow you to book a `REQUEST DATE` listing and even send you an auto response, but it is NOT CONFIRMED and will not be charged to you until we call the Resort as Owners to check availability, since this can change daily. Please note that VACATION TRAVEL EXCLUSIVES reserves the right to cancel any booking that is a REQUEST without first receiving confirmation from the Resort, which may delay the booking.
~You will receive our `GUEST CERTIFICATE` well before your 7 days of check-in. This will show you are an Owner`s Guest and your pampering will begin!!!

~AVAILABILITY can change, unless specified in your quote (good for 24 hours) and until reservations are confirmed with the Resort and paid to VTE.

Special requests must be made directly with the Resort and are subject to availability at check-in and may incur additional charges.
