Property manager has to improve the check in process since its a gated community it took almost 2 days to provide full access to enter the premises, once the issue was solved the place is great. Would highly recommend the property management company to have a check list and review the property before the guests arrive. Besides this initial bump in the road we had a great time, the house is very nice, it has a great pool and we were 10 min from the beach so I would stay there again any time. ##### Federico B. It is a gated community and the experience was horrible. The guards in general we're really rude. They wouldn't let us access any entrance eclxcept one. It is very hard to get in and out of that place. The guards won't let Ubers in. Well eventually they will but allt of the transportation cancells the trip because no one wants to pick u up due to the security. Another big issues was the neighbors the complained every day to the guards anout my kids using the pool. The called security several times to pick them out stating we did not had the right to the pool since we are not owners of property. People that tool care of us were really nice people and tried to fix the problem bit it was a bad experience.
