Although the spectacular oceanfront view may be the best feature of the condo, there is also the rare breathtaking view of the cliff divers and the plaza that includes food carts and many celebrations and ceremonies such as when Mexican President Obrador spoke to the military and government officials in front of the condo on February 24th 2024. The Vue condominium is the only oceanfront condominium or hotel in the over 15 miles of Mazatlan coastline that can see the cliff divers. From the southwest corner of the deck you can actually frequently see the divers hit the water and swim to shore. The vast majority of the 50 condominiums in The Vue cannot see the cliff divers at all. Located furthest west on the Pacific Ocean of all of the hotels and condos in centro Mazatlan. The condo is inside the lively carnival area that is especially loud during Mardi Gras week, moto week and spring break. Purified safe drinking water and ice maker. In the many Mazatlan hotels and condos I have stayed in none of them have had safe drinking water available in this building. Restaurants, the Central Market and the center of downtown are within walking distance. Always changing condo view of plaza activities, malecon, the waves crashing below, the pelicans diving for fish and with other birds soaring past at eye level. 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms with king size beds. Spectacular views from your master bedroom, living room, dining room, kitchen and 26 foot deck. All rooms have a view of the ocean. Complete kitchen, stainless steel appliances, including dishwasher, purified water, purified ice maker, blender and juicer to take advantage of fresh fruit. Custom cedar cabinets and hardwood doors throughout the condo. 6 foot Jacuzzi bathtub in the condo. It has the only jacuzzi and there is only one other bathtub in the 50 condo building. Unlike most Mazatlan swimming pools that are barely heated, the Vue Infinity pool is approximately 88° to 90° during the colder months from November until May. In the common area near the pool is a gas barbecue. New 60 inch 4K smart Samsung television for the living room dining room and kitchen which has over 2,000 channels including HBO Showtime Starz Cinemax etc. Second television in the master bedroom which includes Mexican channels and Netflix. Huge deck and unlike the vast majority of "Vue Condo" decks it is far from other decks and has some totally private area. Located in a safe upscale oceanfront neighborhood with friendly 24 hour security always on duty. Free parking in the garage. Pack n Play bed for babies and toddlers Free washer and dryer in condo. Air conditioning and fans. Professional maid available. Tennis and pickleball equipment and balls available including a pickleball net. Plenty of space, comfortable and great location for walking along the Malecon or the Centro Historico. The view from the balcony is awesome and the infinity pool is very nice as well. Condo is in great location with view of the cliff divers. Unfortunately, we were quite unimpressed with the accommodations. Desperately in need of new beds and furnishings. Recliner was visibly broken and had a bath towel stuffed under it. Chairs on the balcony also broken. Also quite loud as balcony sliders provided no sound barrier to the street and vendors. Appeared that no thorough cleaning had been done. We were not comfortable here. Taxis were frequently driving by. The view of Mazatlan was amazing, especially at night. All the accommodations were exelent. We were near Plaza Machado very romantic square at night. You could walk the boardwalk during the morning. Fantastic views of beaches and islands from combined living room and master bedroom decks AND constant sound of the surf! 12 to18 food vendors set up every afternoon on the plaza across the street, selling food until midnight. 15 minute walk to Plaza Machado for a wide choice of outdoor restaurants. ##### Arthur W. We enjoyed our stay at the condominium! A/C worked great, washer & dryer was a big plus. Great location! The location is close to the Historic Colonial downtown. The pool and patio were beautiful (a little windy.) The condo is adequately supplied with kitchen supplies and anything one would need. My husband and 1 year old son had plenty of room (3 large bedrooms) and the amenities were above what I expected. The kitchen was perfect to make family meals and saved us money on going out to dinner every night. The juicers were nice to make fresh orange juice every morning. With a 1-year old being able to do laundry was key. The deck had a perfect view of the ocean and we saw numerous cliff divers take the plunge. The best part was relaxing on the deck and enjoying the view. The location itself is perfect. Very close to restaurants on the beach and the market. The description of the condo lived up to its promises. The only complaint I have is having to leave too soon! We are happy to be returning in the next couple months :) ---
