1 minute from the Mazagua water park.

Excellent location and 24 hour security.

covered parking for 2 cars  
3 full bathrooms (1 in each bedroom) and 1/2 bathroom on the ground floor.  
5 min. from Brujas beaches, where you will find rich, well-known restaurants in Mazatlán!  
Within the subdivision they can walk freely, if they want to go out they can use their car, or take a bike ride.   
you can use Uber car or taxiNew residential preserve, with controlled access and private security. designed for a pleasant stay !!  
Complete house with two floors, three bedrooms with a full bathroom in each room.
