Beachfront Ground Level Beautiful Setting La Marina Yacht and Tennis Club

Ground floor ocean front condo just steps across a quiet garden to the beach. Lots of privacy. This condo and its two patio doors face the beach with a spacious lawn and garden in front. Building is beautifully cared for and is in one of the best locations in Mazatlan at the end of the beach next to the marina. Very quiet and scenic. Beautiful pool, seasonal hot tub. Great seasonal restaurant with set meals on set days, high season lobby bar and store on site. Amazing sunsets!

Our stay

The room was clean, We had trouble with the TV, The hot tube wasn't working for 7 days. The lock on the front door was rusted so we could not use it. Other then that we had a good time. The live tv came back on after the second power outage. The room wasn't cleaned by anyone while we were there.

It could be a bit noisy being by the main area of elevators or to pool/ beach areas so people talk & you could hear everything with doors closed.

Great beach although windy disappointed that hot tub was not functioning.

Great location within building. Had to utilize cabs as water taxi was not available. Would recommend that owner update new shower head and utensils.

September stay

It was clean and basic accommodations but needs some up dating. No drinking water available and water store at hotel was always closed. Had to taxi and haul our own water. Very loud with construction daily Monday through Saturday starting at 8am to 6:30 -7pm with drilling and hammering. No basic things like dish soap, not enough toilet paper or garbage bags…. Electricity wiring of the unit was not all working and looked like a fire with a couple burnt outlets was kinda scary. Communication with the owner was appropriate but did not share there was construction. Had to leave unit every day too loud.
