Nice terraced house 350 m from the sea

  • Bungalow located 350 meters from the Playa de La Isla, not far from shops and activities, with a living room dining room, kitchenette, garden with porch and barbecue, d 'an interior patio, three bedrooms with 3 beds 140 and built-in wardrobes, two bathrooms, 1 inside with bath and toilet, 1 in the patio with shower and toilet and washing machine.
    The inner courtyard also has a hand-washing area, useful for the small laundry or rinsing beach towels. This courtyard is also embellished with an outdoor shower, very interesting to get rid of the sand.
    The floor above by independent access is private and is not occupied during the rental.
    Pets can be accepted under conditions and with prior agreement.
