Private: natural state property 900 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 30.Sep.) with alarm system. Motor access (200 m via unmade road). Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 3 km, bus stop "Carpentras MARTINET1" 450 m.
    "Kasara", 4-room house 120 m2. Comfortable furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), dining table and TV. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), shower. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Bath/WC, sep. WC, double hand-basin. Electric heating, air-conditioning. Large terrace partly roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (4). Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.
