Nestled between lush green valleys and winding rivers, it offers easy access to iconic tourist sites such as the medieval town of Rocamadour, the prehistoric caves of Lacave, and the picturesque vineyards of the Dordogne Valley, making Mayrac an ideal base for exploring the region’s cultural and natural riches. Two-story cottage: entry opens onto a fully equipped kitchen and dining area with a TV and wood-burning stove. Bathroom with shower stall and massage jets, separate toilet. Two bedrooms on the 0.5 level (2–3 steps up), one with a 160x200 bed and one with two 90x190 beds. Upstairs: a living room with a smart TV and soundbar, board games, children’s games, and a foosball table. Two bedrooms: one with a 160x200 bed and the other with a 140x190 bed. A bathroom with a toilet accessible from both bedrooms. Electricity (within reason) and housekeeping not included (for a flat fee of 100€). Sheets and towels available as an option. Outdoor charging station for electric vehicles. The cottage is not accessible to people with limited mobility.
