"This was our second stay here, and we absolutely love it! The location is perfect — close enough to Reformation Bible College for our events, while still being convenient to all the other places we enjoy visiting. The atmosphere is clean, cozy, and feels just like home. We especially enjoy being able to fish and relax in between events. We look forward to staying here again! "

"There was nothing in the kitchen drawers. I didn’t want to cook anyway. The breakfast said that there would be fresh fruit and there was none. I was there for two days. Very nice location very nice room. Forge Garage restaurant was right next-door in the same parking lot. That was a big Plus."

"Staff was great! Door had a slight Jan when opening and closing. Adjustment needed. Recliner was visible dirty. We would not sit in it. Nice Comp breakfast"

"This was my second time using this hotel and will not be the last time. This is definetly my go to hotel whenever I go to the Orlando/Daytona area. The rooms are great, the staff is friendly, and the buffet breakfast in the morning is great. I also love how they have 24 hour coffee for coffee lovers like myself. Definetly recommend this hotel!!"

"This property was a good deal for what my group used it for: a two-night stay to visit an event at the Oviedo mall. For the price, the number of rooms and the amenities were great! Unfortunately, since this is an older house, it has its share of issues (hard-to-open back doors, fire alarm beeps low battery when the AC is running). It's Florida, so be ready for bugs. I advised the host the bathrooms need floor mats; thankfully plenty of towels and a very nice washer/dryer are provided. The host was friendly when responsive, but not as quick at responding as I would have preferred. Overall, a fine stay if you're looking to not break the bank but still have beds for almost a dozen people."
