### Gîte du Pont d'Amourette - Jacuzzi

Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this 50 m² flat with jacuzzi for rent in Mayenne, France, which can accommodate up to 7 guests. Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a 24 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower) and an 800 m² garden. Wifi (fiber optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!  
  
The accommodation comprises  
\- 24 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area  
\- Open-plan kitchen with appliances including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...  
\- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190) with en-suite shower room and separate WC (communicating with sleeping area)  
\- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190) with en-suite shower room and private WC.  
\- Sleeping area: single bed   
  
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, cot, ironing board and iron, and a washing machine.  
  
Outside :  
\- A Jacuzzi (extra charge) open from April 1ᵉʳ to September 30, with a maximum capacity of two people. The Jacuzzi is available for 1 hour a day.  
\- A 30m² south-west-facing terrace, a garden with furniture to make the most of fine weather, and an enclosed flower garden shared with the owner.  
  
The flat is ideally located in Mayenne, in a very quiet residence You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...  
  
Activities :  
  
\- 2 km from the town center and the Château de la Mayenne museum  
\- Numerous hiking, biking and horse-riding trails  
\- Canoeing and kayaking  
  
Transportation:  
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private car park (two spaces).
