"Fantastic views from the top floor.Unit has everything and more that you'll ever need while on vacation. The owners provide many beach chairs and such available to use, we didn't use them as we're not really sitting around types.Beach walks in the ocean were a nightly thing. Went to the boardwalk, Heroes Harbor, Captain Nance's restaurant, etc...The Bouy restaurant is just 3 blocks from the resort as well as many other bar/restaurants.We really enjoyed the Buoy as it's a neighborhood type place with all the right vibes. The Sky has a nice rooftop patio. It's a safe area to walk at night, never had any issues. Some complain about parking in the ramp across the street but it's very easy to walk to and from that and a helpful hint...don't try squeezing in the parking ramps lower levels, level 6,7 and 8 are almost empty all the time and you can park next to the elevator on any of those floors.The 5 nights we were there we parked on level 7 and only 1 day had other cars on that level...those were cars that were parked far away from the others and only 3 of them. Highly recommend this condo."

"Everyone in our group had an awesome time on this property. There’s literally something for every one… of all ages! Beach is just a few minutes away and the process was made easy, because the house had everything you need for it, including chairs, umbrellas and the cart to carry everything. We absolutely all enjoyed the pool and the hot tub, it was a game changer! The teens loved hanging out in the lower outdoor floor with ping pong, putting green and the outdoor sectional, then gravitating back upstairs where’s there’s a lounge with arcade games!! The beds and the pillows were so comfy… the kitchen is just breathtaking… fully stocked with everything you need. Maria thank you so much for being such a wonderful host, checking on us and taking care of us. We’re already planning on coming back next year. :)"

"We honestly enjoyed our stay and would have no problem recommending the property based on the overall experience. The home was comfortable, and we had a nice time.Our main disappointment was the 260 cleaning fee. For that amount, we expected the home to be thoroughly cleaned before our arrival. Unfortunately, I had to clean the bathtub, clean the coffee maker, and sweep the floors and the steps myself. I understand that cleaning fees are part of renting a vacation home, but 260 is a substantial fee, and I feel the cleanliness should have reflected that cost.We also had an issue with the refrigerator/freezer. We understand that the instructions mention that it can take some time for the refrigerator to get cold after arrival, and we were prepared to give it time. However, even after three days, it still was not functioning properly. We were barely getting any ice—approximately 12 ice cubes at a time—and we were unable to keep ice cream frozen. So, unfortunately, this wasn't simply an issue of the refrigerator needing a little extra time to cool down.Aside from these issues, we truly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the property. We just feel that for the cleaning fee and overall cost of the stay, these are things that should have been addressed before guests arrived"
