"The view from our room was beautiful! The room itself was pretty outdated, which was no big deal. The picture of the room shown was not what we got. As others have said, it wasnt the cleanest and you pretty much expected to clean the unit before you leave which was weird that if you dont you are fined. I have no problem not leaving a mess, but $200 when no cleaning supplies are left is a bit over the top. One instance did bother us alittle. We were trying to walk through the hallway, housecleaning had pretty much the entire walkway blocked off, saying "oh Im in your way, before pulling out her phone and texting. She made no effort to even move herself, let alone move the various things she had put in the middle of the hall, which was a bit irritating as I was carrying a large beach bag and 3 kiddos who couldn't squeeze past either, so I decided to just push our way through, as she had no intention of letting us pass. Instead of hoarding the penthouse, maybe the owners should consider renting them out to pay for the very leaky air conditioners that soaked the balcony and were louder than the ocean and fix the broken floors and very old uncomfortable furniture and mattresses. Just a thought. Overall, could have been a bit cheaper for what you get, but you are pretty much paying for the gorgeous view."

"Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The oceanfront view was breathtaking, and waking up to the sound of the waves every morning made our vacation even more special. The home was spacious, with more than enough room for our entire family to relax comfortably without feeling crowded.The location was perfect close to restaurants, shopping, and local attractions while still providing a peaceful beachfront atmosphere. The amenities were excellent and had everything we needed for a comfortable, stress-free stay. The property was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped.We couldn't have asked for a better place to create lasting family memories. We highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again!"

"Family of four (me, wife, two kids….4 & 1)Great and easy beach access. Plenty of pools to use, indoor pool was especially nice during rain (rarely any people too). Tons of food/grocery/entertainment options within 5-10 minutes.The day of our trip we had a last minute request from the property managers asking to verify information so that was some added stress, but the process was easy. Room was clean for the most part. Still had sand on the floor, but when you’re at the beach guess you can’t complain too much lolHost was extremely responsive so definitely would book again."

"The house was perfect for Junior SOS as we were right near everything and could walk to all events. Just a short walk to the beach so very convenient. The only complaint I had was the beds were not comfortable at all. Would highly recommend getting some different mattresses. It is an old house and could use some updated but it was just perfect for our stay. Will def. be back."
