"This A-frame is such a cute and fun getaway close to Denver. Our little family of four wanted a "staycation" near town, but to enjoy the beauty of the foothills and mountains. This was the perfect stay. It had all of the ammenities necessary, and a bonus hot tub. My daughter and I sat in the hot tub in the morning watching a fawn nibble on foliage. It was perfect. It does require some horsepower and a mountain vehicle in the winter weather, but as long as you're prepared for that, you will have everything you need once there. The communication was great and we would definitely go back and/or recommend to a friend!"

"Place was great and super cute! Will be honest and say it could have been a little cleaner. Did notice the lack of blinds on windows and doors which makes it uncomfortable when sitting inside and it’s dark out. Great location, super spacious, host responds fast!"

It was cozy while also feeling open and airy, with great natural light and large windows for beautiful Mountain View’s and wildlife sightings. It has everything you need and is well designed. Airyn and Landon were responsive and provided easy check-in and check-out instructions. It was a great home base for what was an epic Colorado adventure!"

"I wanted to love this property. It’s beautifully remodeled inside. Clean and quiet. I have caveats though. From the beginning, I didn’t get any communication leading up to leaving for our stay until I contacted them 24 hours before our stay. And even then, was told that they would give check in particulars 30 minutes prior. Not great for a planner like me. The check in info gave specific instructions as to how and where to park once you’re on the property. They wanted us to park our full size truck in a tiny little area to the right of the driveway. That wasn’t possible so I messaged the property management and asked if we could park towards the back of the driveway instead. Their response very clearly indicated they had probably never even seen the driveway, let alone the property itself, because they sent back some pat answer saying we weren’t allowed to park on the road, which had nothing to do with my original question. Once in the house, we got situated and realized that the “vintage charm” that is cultivated throughout extended to the very old windows upstairs. Windows that have torn or missing screens and are screen less and don’t even close all the way, in the master bedroom. We weren’t expecting to have to figure out how to keep the great outdoors….outdoors. Finally, the morning of checkout, the wi-fi had been turned off long before we were required to be out, which was our only way to be contacted, as the home is so remote there’s no cell service. We’re bummed. "
