"I was really disappointed that not once did anyone ask how my stay was. To add to that they only provided me with one towel the entire time I was there and never offered extra towels. The beddings were the same the entire time and when I asked for fresh ones, they said they don’t do that. The day I checked out, no one was there to check me out and it was very confusing who to lay the final bill to. Overall I was really disappointed with the customer service and lack of care for the guests. "

"Had a good experience, the property manager was really accommodating and helpful. Clean and has a generator. Only issue I had was the location, it's not located in munyonyo which was a little misleading. "

"This is the best place I can recommend all peaple to stay , the employees are very good and welcoming respectful and taking care of you, only they just need to put it up there online that we don’t pay online, because that was a very big thing,. Make it clear online that we not supposed to make payments online, other than that I had a very good time "
