Charming detached cottage located on the owners' plot, 3 km from the banks of the Loire, 15 km from Nantes, and 25 km from Ancenis (quick access to the A11 motorway). Numerous hiking trails are nearby.
Private parking in front of the cottage. Private, unenclosed, west-facing terrace on enclosed grounds.
Ground floor: spacious and bright living/dining room with open kitchen and utility room/toilet.
Upstairs: 2 attic bedrooms with adjoining private shower room/toilet (1: 160x200 cm bed, 2: 160x200 cm bed + 1 90x190 cm bed).
Additional amenities: Wi-Fi, baby cot/high chair, tumble dryer. TV with limited access to the number of channels.
Included: sheets and towels.
Not included: electricity and electric heating (€11/night).

Excellent holiday break

The property was fantastic and owners very welcoming nothing too much trouble. The property is newly renovated and everything done to a very high standard . Kitchen well equipped plenty of storage space and modern appliances. Lots of storage space upstairs and no t too many personal items on display which we find ideal for a holiday let . Location was ideal for visiting Nantes .Overall experience wonderful

Gorgeous Gite

Gorgeous Gite set in a small hamlet near Nantes. Run by a lovely couple who made us feel very welcome. Take the train into Nantes to visit the Isle des Machines etc in 15 minutes. Close to the Loire for Chateau, biking or wine tasting. Meauves-sur-loire has a great bakery for croissant and the all-important patisseries!

Très bel endroit, restauré avec beaucoup de goût. L’espace extérieur est très agréable. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et disponibles. Très bon séjour.

Une belle demeure dans un cadre superbe

Un gîte agréable, spacieux et très bien équipé . Au calme et qui bénéficie d'un espace extérieur très agréable : terrasse, jardin. Hôtes très disponibles et accueillants. Très bien placé pour bénéficier de la campagne nantaise, de la ville de Nantes à proximité et du bord de mer avec Pornic à environ 45 minutes. Un excellent séjour !

Très bon séjour

Le gîte est refait à neuf avec une magnifique déco sobre et reposante. La maison est spacieuse et fraîche en été. Nous avons pu nous rendre rapidement sur Nantes. Nous avons pu amener notre chat chose rare. Merci pour tout !
