Coming from America I’m not used to staying in hotels or BnB’s that do not have washcloths in the bathroom. I wish there were instructions in the laundry room in German and English on how to operate the washer and dryer.
The property and room were clean and modern.

The location is good, not in the heart of the old town but a short walk of 10 min. Our problem is that the shower room floods quickly because the drainage is kind of blocked. That should be easily detected and fixed earlier, so a big disappointment.

Location and price was bang on! Salzburg is amazing and the accommodation was a short walk to most attractions. Plus the walk is beautiful.
It was clean, communication was good and having a kitchen was really handy.
