"Our first room was very clean, nice balcony and seemed to have ac. We returned from lunch to find the ac was not cooling the room. The staff was very helpful in finding us a similar room with just as lovely balcony, working ac and very clean. Our complaint regarding this issue is prior to asking for another room, the front desk was very insistent upon sending a technician to "fix" the ac. We did explain the ac had not cooled the room in several hours but also smelled electrical and we were not comfortable staying in that room. The grounds & pools were extremely clean. Nice views and gorgeous sunsets. Could use caution signs as the stones surrounding the pool area are extremely slippery when wet. My husband had a mishap down some wet stairs and is still recovering from a bruised tailbone. When arriving the valet personnel was helpful when approached. No one on hand to greet us, open doors or take luggage without asking. However, they are very accommodating after the fact. They delivered all our luggage and cooler to our room within minutes of calling for it after checking in. Bed was comfortable as are the pillows. The tram you can take around the property was a bonus, when it was operational. It was only down for half a day during our stay. It's a great way to get cool and relax to your next stop."

"Flies in the barn was an extreme nuisance. Uncut grass from cabin 5 to the barn was annoying. The falls was a amazing. However, be extremely careful if you take the short hike because the uneven rocks is a challenge especially if it rain (9 out 10 times it'll rain). Despite that, Jordan, Abby, & Cady (not in order) was top of line from hospitality, interaction, professionalism, tidiness, etc. & they wasn't ugly :-)"
