      Maui Permit STPH2015/0006 -- 3 bedroom, 1 bath, (sleeps 2-5) fully equipped & newly renovated kitchen, FREE WIFI, new appliances, coffee maker, toaster, blender, washer/dryer (not shared), Bedroom 1 = Queen Bed, Bedroom 2 = Queen Bed, Bedroom 3 - twin bed, linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs (2), indoor and outdoor hot showers. WE HOST GUESTS OVER THE AGE OF 10, this is a peaceful, quiet neighborhood. Perfect climate, walk to Haiku (only 100 yards to Haiku Cannery!) with 6 great restaurants, Colleen's at the cannery, Nuka, Veg-Out, amazing Fuzionfit workout & yoga studio classes right across the street, newly renovated & upgraded Haiku Grocery store.

      We are required to post the following rules in accordance with Maui County Laws:
      1. Quiet hours from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., during which time the noise from the short-term rental home must not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors. Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours must not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area.
      2. Amplified sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries of the short-term rental home is prohibited.
      3. Vehicles must be parked in the designated onsite parking area and must not be parked on the street.
      4. Parties or group gatherings are not allowed.

      Fabulous north central Maui house
      Neat and clean and has most of what a one week stay and getaway you can look for. Relaxed with coffee in the morning or evening as we planned our days. Reading and relaxing in the local town of Haiku. Within a couple blocks of the town grocery store, food trucks, coffee sop, restaurants and post office.

      Great 3-bedroom cottage in the upcountry area
      The cottage is well-appointed, clean, and modern. It has everything you will need. We truly enjoyed the three bedrooms given that we have two teenagers with us. The owner, Ally, is great to work with. Super communicative and responsive. The location is great, very easy walk to restaurants and grocery store. It is also very close to the start of Road to Hana. It's just a short drive to Paia and amazing beaches there.

      Ideal Maui location
      This adorable little cabin is located in downtown Haiku but you can’t tell. Its surrounded with cleverly placed plants and down a long driveway so that it feels like you’re in your own private countryside cabin. Except the best sushi on the island is walkable and 200 feet away. Grocery, several restaurants and food trucks are also walkable. The cabin itself was clean, well stocked, beautifully decorated and just perfect for my family of five. A real gem of a find.
