Staff were courteous and helpful. Rooms were clean. Breakfast fine with hot foods available. Upholstery in room was worn and frayed, TV did not work properly and pool/hot tub were down for maintenance for the last month (ok for us, but there were some pretty disappointed parents with children).

Staff very accommodating! Got our family adjoining rooms (with me a nice handicap accessible one!). Was very pleased with breakfast ( I’m big fan of sausage gravy and biscuits, and you had it, wonderful!). Kitchen lady so nice, too. Great stay- thanks so much.

Pool out of order ...why can't hotels let you know ahead of time? Super disappointed! Loved the Dove products! Breakfast was run by the nicest woman Miss Deborah she's a gem!

I had one Front Desk person who was excellent, friendly, welcoming --- I had a second Front Desk person who was inconsiderate and pretty rude about a misunderstanding re: making my hotel reservation via Expedia. Very unhelpful. And all of us who spent time in the breakfast area at the restaurant enjoyed and appreciated the hostess (Betty?) She was fantastic. Hotel needs a few updates (I had 2 broken tiles in my bathroom and saw no safety bars in the shower)

Older property. Our room had the most disgusting carpet ever. I understand putting people with dogs in the “less nice” room but this was really bad. If you are going to be pet friendly just rip up your carpet and put down vinyl flooring like every other place.

Huge disappointment
This hotel needs updating very badly. Looking very tired to say the least. Carpet was ripped in spots, furniture was worn, dirty and frayed. Bathroom wall had plaster patches on it. Bedroom door had a hole in it which they put tape over. Charged way too much for a one night stay ($200) I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Shocked that a hotel chain such as Holiday Inn wouldn’t keep their properties in better condition.

We were disappointed.
I gave this a poor rating because of the condition of our room. First of all, our coffee pot was missing. There were stains all over the carpet, the desk chair had spilled food on it, there was mold in the corners of the shower and the tv didn’t work. Otherwise the bathroom and towels were clean and bed was clean and comfortable. The lobby and breakfast area were fine.
