TULIP 35 sqm apartment. The indicated price must be considered for each apartment. Very quiet place, ideal geographical context for lovers of the sea, nature (Mattinata, city of spontaneous orchids), culture and religious tourism.

TULIP Apartment:

- living room/kitchen entrance with complete equipment of fridge, two burner cooker and all the necessary crockery.

- bedroom with double bed 190cm x 160cm

Incredible Views!

Many thanks for a nice visit to Agata. The views are stunning and the space on the terrace is very comfortable. The living space is also just what we needed: comfortable bed, functional kitchen/dining, and lounge/TV suitable for relaxing with a nice film or Netflix in the evening. Although it is not possible to walk to the beach it is only a short journey by car. The sweeping views of the sea and adjacent coast line make it difficult to leave the terrace for the beach! There is dedicated parking for each of the 3 co-located apartments. The smaller apartment has an isolated terrace and the terrace shared between Agata and the adjacent apartment is large enough to give each party some privacy. Looking forward to our next visit! Thanks again.

Traumterrasse

Wir waren Ende Oktober in der „Gli Orizzonti di Agata“ und durften statt der ursprünglich gebuchten Wohnung Tulipano die Agata beziehen und waren rundum begeistert. Die Terrasse war ein Traum – weitläufig, geschmackvoll gestaltet, mit unterschiedlichsten Sitzmöglichkeiten und bepflanzt mit einer Vielfalt an Kakteen und Sukkulenten, die perfekt mit dem blau-weißen Farbkonzept harmonieren und eine mediterrane Atmosphäre schaffen. Der Meerblick war einfach atemberaubend, und die ruhige Lage machte es zu einem idealen Rückzugsort zum Entspannen und Abschalten. Insgesamt ein kleines Paradies – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Agentur hat uns zur Unterkunft begleitet und uns bei den Ferienwohnunginhaber vorgestellt. Maria und Emilio,was für tolle und freundliche Menschen. In allen möglichen Dinge so sehr hilfsbereit. Danke dafür.Von der traumhaften Aussicht von der Terasse zwischen Olivenbäume,Feigenbäume und super schöne und grossen Kakteen der Blick auf das Meer...malerisch .. Das Parken beim Strand problemlos, der Strand gut besucht aber nicht überfordernd.Mattinata Altstadt und die Restaurants wow... Bari ca.2std.von Mattinata entfernt,bekannt für die engen Gassen war faszinierend aber auch der Hafen am Abend. Die Stadt Margherita ca.1std.von Mattinata entfernt von Party Ecken bis ruhige Altstadt Orte... Wir sind so glücklich bei euch gewesen zu sein, wir kommen gerne wieder.
