Which was already placed in our room. Upon entry we noticed 1 piece of luggage was missing. I want to thank the staff of Dogo Yaya for their hard work in getting the luggage to our hotel within 24 hours of arrival. Service was amazing. The onsen facilities around the hotel were good and the hotel provided the necessary clothes and towels. The breakfast buffet had a large variety of foods which we enjoyed a lot. I highly recommend the hotel if you're staying in Matsuyama. か、車で行ったのですが、ナビに入れたにもかかわらず、全く分からず、挙げ句の果てに細い道に迷い込んでしまい、バンパーを30cm以上の長さで傷つけてしまいました。 その時に側にいた方がとても親切に案内してくださって、なんとか辿り着きましたが、次回からも間違えずに着ける自信はありません。 Excellent #### YOKO 2 Oct 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities 二回目の利用です、坂の上にあるのですこし大変ではありますが、飛鳥の湯、椿の湯が近く便利です。道後本館も近いのとコンビニも近くとても便利でした。
