Very nice place to stay. It needs more hot spring options and the kaiseki dinner needs to change on the second night. No tattoos allowed. No coed bathing.

温泉も料理もよかったですが、なによりスタッフの方々の対応が素晴らしく、とても気持ちよく過ごせました。こちらのリクエストに対してすごく柔軟に対応していただき、大感謝です。宿泊中はもちろん、チェックアウト後も、温泉街の散策に向かう私たちにいろいろと気を使っていただき、ホテルを出る最後の最後までゆったり過ごせました。また機会あればよろしくお願いします。

清潔な広い部屋で、ゆっくりのんびり過ごせました。 大浴場も広く、めのう風呂、露天風呂を満喫できました。 朝食だけの利用でしたが、種類も多く出雲名物（出雲そば、出雲ぜんざい、しじみ汁）があり満足でした。 無料のコーヒーラウンジも十分利用させてもらいました。 スタッフのみなさんが親切でした。　古さを感じるところはありますが、おすすめのホテルです。

スタッフの方の対応も良く、お風呂もしっかり楽しめました！朝夕お風呂に入るのが毎日楽しみでした。子供の試合応援メインだったので晩御飯はつけてなかったんですが、次はぜひゆっくりお料理も楽しみたいです！朝食はもちろん大満足でした。ありがとうございました。

建物自体は古めだがロビーや部屋は清潔で綺麗。朝食のみのプランだったが、朝食は美味しかった。風呂もとても良いお湯だった。また玉造温泉に行く機会があれば泊まりたい。

母との旅行で利用しました。 こちらのミスで到着時間が遅れ、最寄り駅までの迎えをキャンセルしてしまいましたが、19時までは迎えに行けますのでと改めて言っていただけたのはありがたかったです。 宿から徒歩１分くらいに持ち帰りできる温泉水があったのもよかったです。 食事の際、飲み物を追加したいと思ってもスタッフさんを呼ぶ方法がなく、中々通らないこともあったりと不便なこともありました。 お料理はどれもおいしく、特に肉は飲み込むのがもったいないくらい美味しかった。 温泉は湯船も洗い場も広々としていて、熱すぎずゆっくり浸かることができました。 個人的にはメイク落としも浴室内にあるといいなと思いました。 客室はちょっと、嫌な思いをしたのでその点だけ評価は下がっていますが、こちらの宿を選んでよかったです。 ありがとうございました。
