We loved our stay at Porto Sea apartments. The landlady Bozena was really friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations and wine and pate. The apartment itself is in a great location, close to lots of restaurants, a supermarket, the bus into Porto and with a fabulous balcony to watch the sunset from. We would definitely return and highly recommend you give it a try!

Having read the reviews I thought they were too good to be true but I was wrong. Fantastic hosts, beautiful property, lovely rooms particularly the bathrooms. Very good breakfast. Lots of good restaurants within five minutes walk. Easy options to get into Porto by bus or metro. Close to the airport and right on the beach. We will certainly return.

This hotel is great. Right beside the metro with lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Staff lovely and friendly. Great tasty made to order breakfast options, although it can be busy at peak times. Would I stay here again definitely!

What stood out most was the attention to detail and the generosity of Joao, Guillermo and the team. This is a truly outstanding place.

Beautiful and clean room. Great location; close to the beach, supermarket and bus stop! However, the female receptionist we had all three days was not very nice unfortunately. Not helpful at all and actually rude at answering our questions. Sighing and rolling her eyes. Nevertheless, we would still recommend this hotel because it was great.

A service

I stayed for a week as a solo female traveller. Even before arriving, I had been in communication with the front desk team (Raquel) who very kindly provided a room upgrade and complimentary bottle of wine as part of my Expedia Gold member status. On arrival, the reception team were very welcoming- I had excellent help from all of them including Raquel, Patricia, Rafael and Bruno. Perfect

The hotel had only been open a couple of weeks so the room and facilities were all very new and clean. The staff were helpful and efficient. Breakfast was good and the rate was reasonable. We were discouraged from using the hotel car park as there was an issue to resolve with cars grounding on the approach.

Great price for a hotel far better than your average.

It was a pleasent stay in Holiday in express and I would recommend anyone. All staff members were helpful and nice .Hotel is clean and provide good breakfast.Good value for money

The hotel was not in the centre of Porto but that was easily accessible by the cheap and regular metro. The staff were lovely and helpful and gave information and suggestions on things to do and places to eat. The spa was nice and the food in the restaurant was decent though a few more items on the menu would be nice.

Large car park, easy parking. Nice outdoor pool. Good room and very quiet. Breakfast was served early and was excellent. The dinner buffet was also excellent. Our only complaint was that the room was not ready when we checked in at 2.30pm as the windows were being cleaned. The area felt safe and the seafront was only a 20 min walk away. Lots of supermarket options nearby. Airport only 10 mins drive away, Perfect!
