Un Riad exceptionnel. Le personnel était d’une gentillesse et d’une efficacité remarquables. La chambre était parfaite, j’ai même eu droit à un petit appartement avec deux chambres puisque j’ai réservé sur Expedia. Le petit déjeuner ou le dîner était vraiment parfait. Excellente nourriture et excellent service. Fatima, à la réception et même venu me chercher au point de dépôt du taxi qui ne pouvait aller plus loin dans le Riad. Le lendemain matin, puisque je partais tôt, le type à la réception, m’a même fait un petit déjeuner à emporter. Donc, en résumé, endroit, exceptionnel et service exceptionnel.

Room spotless, we got an apartment on the top floor, glass walls facing own garden central patio, on third floor. One of the best views in fes. Better than many fancy restaurants in the area. Very central and conveniently quiet

The location is about a 15 minute walk from the Main Street in the Medina and Fez is a maze. Google Maps works okay but Apple Maps didn’t work well at all. There are no shops near the Riad itself. The staff was friendly and ended up upgrading my room, which was nice. There was definitely some price gouging issues though. Don’t let them take you shopping, they’re fishing for a kick back from the sellers. Also, if they order you a taxi, it will be twice to three times as much if you just walk to a gate and get one on your own.

A very beautiful hotel right outside of the medina. The pool was very nice and so were the rooms. The rooftop was nice and the food there was very good. Good location right outside of the medina.

"They weren’t expecting us. No restaurant. No wifi. Toilet didn’t work. We had to pay for a taxi to go to the nearest town to find food. The reason we booked this property was because it advertised a restaurant. It’s in the middle of nowhere. This listing should be removed."
