Our stay at the hotel was truly exceptional from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth and genuine friendliness that immediately set the tone for the rest of our visit.
A special thank you to Zama from Guest Relations, who went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and kindness truly stood out — she is an absolute asset to the hotel.
We were also incredibly grateful that the hotel accommodated our early check-in request, which made our travel day so much smoother and more comfortable. It’s these thoughtful touches that really elevate a stay from good to unforgettable.
Overall, the service was outstanding, the atmosphere was inviting, and the team made us feel genuinely cared for. We would absolutely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming, and seamless experience.

They have a ton of staff but they aren't customer service focus more like out to lunch. Nobody greets you or even look at you, they avoid eye contact. Definitely didn't feel welcome. ...
