"Arrived early and the staff was very helpful and gave us us wristband and towels to use the amenities while we waited for our room to be ready. Came with two chairs and an umbrella for the beach every day of our stay. Oceanfront room had an amazing view and sat out there every morning with coffee. A coffee food truck is on the main level that also serves breakfast sandwiche. Great location close enough to the action but just far enough to be peaceful . Will definitely stay here again"

"I recently stayed at the Quality Inn in Fort Myers and originally booked a three-night stay. My initial room was located at the very back of the property, literally the last room on the hotel grounds. Since I was considering extending my stay for an additional week, I approached Krystal at the front desk to see if there was any possibility of moving to a room closer to the lobby. Krystal was incredibly helpful and accommodating. She took the time to look for available options and was able to relocate me to a much better room in a more convenient location. Even better, she allowed me to transfer immediately on the third night of my original reservation rather than making me wait until the following day. The new room was noticeably cleaner, the location was much more convenient, and the bed was significantly more comfortable. Because of Krystal's outstanding customer service, I felt confident extending my stay. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine desire to help made a huge difference in my experience. Thank you, Krystal, for going above and beyond to make my stay more comfortable. Quality Inn is fortunate to have an employee who cares so much about guest satisfaction."
