About this property
Comfortable and relaxing house located on a deep water canal.
- Cute little house located on a deep water canal in the heart of Matlacha. Hurricane Milton was a true disaster for most properties in Matlacha. There was significant damage to the interior of the house as 2 feet of water flooded the house. Sheetrock walls were torn down and rebuilt. Almost all of the furniture was thrown out as well as all of the appliances. Currently, the primary bedroom has a king-sized bed and the second bedroom has a single bed. The living room has two electric recliners and a love seat. There is Xfinity streaming in the living room and wifi. There is a complete kitchen and a washer and a dryer located in the garage. The back lanai has an electric grill, a large table, comfortable seating for 6, and 2 lounges. Part of the dock has been damaged and is not useable. There is a part of the dock where you can tie up your boat depending upon it's size. Pets are allowed and you are expected to pick up after your dog.
